As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. You will:
Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
Support with opening and closing of the store.
Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Vi tror att du är en noggrann och strukturerad person som trivs med att ha ansvar för detaljer och processer. Du har ett driv att lära dig nytt och är bekväm med att arbeta både självständigt och i team.
Vi ser gärna att du har:
Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete (extra plus om det är inom detaljhandel eller inköp).
Du har goda kunskaper i Excel och goda digitala färdigheter.
Noggrann och duktig på att hålla deadlines.
Bra på att kommunicera, både på svenska och engelska.

Job Description
You are responsible for delivering great customer experience in your store.?You always put our customers first, offer assistance and share your product and fashion knowledge. With the help of store operations and good garment care, you create an environment where it is easy for customers to shop. By sharing your skills and knowledge with your colleagues you actively contribute to creating a knowledgeable and service-oriented team to meet customer expectations. Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Offering excellent customer experience?that contributes to the sales and profit in your store
Direct customer service
Ensure great garment care to sell the garments in their best condition at the right time
Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments per H&M guidelines to maximize selling opportunities
Replenish sizes and allocation to the shop floor through efficient delivery and refill routines
Ensure all areas of the shop floor and back of house are always clean and tidy
Unload delivery truck, receive, open and unpack merchandise
Handle payments and returns?at the cash desk
Assist customers at the fitting room



Qualifications
