This is a permanent position for you who loves to serve our customers and develop our relation and customer offer, this in close relation with our skilled team.

Your workday
We will have a clear focus towards next year with implementation of new procedures and standards to strengthen our service offer. In practical terms, this means that everything from core process, infrastructure will be developed and set, in order for the department to deliver high customer value and service. Cooperating with other internal functions and delivering assurance and predictability for our customers through our expertise, competence and both internal and external network. This position offers a varied workday, with many interesting challenges and experiences.

You have
- Good theoretical knowledge within customs brokerage
- The ability to communicate clearly and well-formulated, both verbally and written
- Business professional in “Scandinavian” and English
- Time management skills, great skills in structuring and setting customer procedures and the ability to prioritize.
- Knowledge within particular customs procedures or duty and taxation issues (beneficial but not required).
- Supply-chain competence (beneficial but not required).
- Management experience.

Vi söker en Team Leader med personalansvar till CD - Customs Department på vårt kontor i Strömstad.

Vi ser att vi växer och att vissa avdelningar har blivit så stora att vi behöver anställa en Team Leader med personalansvar för att stötta avdelningschefen. I den rollen kommer du att säkerställa en god hantering gentemot teammedlemmar, och även säkerställa en tätare dialog med kunder.

Team Leader med personalansvar rapporterar till avdelningschef.

- Kunskaper inom särskilda tullförfaranden eller tull- och skattefrågor
- Kompetens i försörjningskedjan

På kontoret på Tången i Strömstad jobbar idag ca 120 personer, i Svinesunds regionen i både Sverige och Norge är vi ca 275 kollegor på 6 kontor varav 4 i Strömstad som är experter på internationell tull-, moms- och handelsfrågor.
